Kathy is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with over 20 years experience working as an EHO for a variety of Local Authorities, including Birmingham City Council and South Shropshire District Council and as an Advisor for the MoD (Army). She is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton teaching in both Environmental Health and Food Safety and an Associate Academic for the University of Derby.

Focusing on food safety and food standards, Kathy has great experience in inspecting and supporting a wide range of food businesses as a Regulator and Inspector so she is uniquely placed to advise a business in the specifics of legal compliance and best practice. Kaitrose runs a number of Food Safety courses for food businesses including foundation, intermediate and bespoke, and Allergy Awareness to suit the needs of every food business.
